 A Little About Me

I did not begin my journey with confidence, a big plan or a perfect business strategy.

I came to the UK from Poland with limited English and started from wherever I could, working in coffee shops, cleaning and doing the kind of jobs that teach you resilience long before they give you recognition.

Over time, I built a career in skin, opened my own clinic and spent more than 16 years working with women, confidence, ageing, identity and self-image in a way that goes far deeper than treatments alone.

But the biggest transformation was not only in my business.

It was in how I started to see myself.

For years, I thought confidence belonged to other women. Women who were more ready, more polished, more certain, more naturally visible. Then I realised that confidence is not something that suddenly arrives before you take the next step. It is something you build while taking it.

Today, I am a founder, speaker, writer, educator and skin specialist, but more than anything, I am a woman who is still becoming.

And this Inner Circle is for women and beauty professionals who feel that quiet pull inside them too.

The feeling that maybe there is more available for them.

More confidence. More freedom. More expression. More impact.

And maybe this is where that next chapter begins.

What started as sharing my thoughts online has connected me with women and beauty professionals across different countries, cultures and stages of life  all searching for something more.
